Author Guidelines

REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTICLES

Only those works (technical research or analytical review papers) corresponding to the main subject areas of the journal that were not previously published will be accepted for publication. The electronic version of an article, titled by the authors’ surnames separated by commas, is accepted  by e-mail: agroeng@rgau-msha.ru. The author (authors) is responsible for the accuracy of the published information. 

Structure

ORIGINAL ARTICLE

TITLE

Full name, position, academic degree, and academic title. The full name of the organization - place of employment (study), the full legal address of the organization in the following sequence: zip code, country, city, street, house; contact number; e-mail; ORCID.

Abstract. Is an independent complete text (200–250 words). The introductory part is minimal. It is necessary to briefly and succinctly reflect the relevance and purpose of the research, the conditions and schemes of experiments, present the results obtained (with obligatory argumentation based on numerical data), and formulate conclusions. Avoid the use of abbreviations and complex formatting elements (such as superscripts and subscripts)

Key words:  7-10 words or phrases for search engines and article classification by research topics

An article should contain the following sections:

  1. Introduction. Why and why the study was undertaken. The general statement of the problem in light of its relevance. The extent to which the problem has been addressed or has been addressed in the literature, the theoretical grounds.
  2. Research purpose.
  3. Materials and methods. Where, when and how the research was conducted.
  4. Results and discussion. The main section, which proves the hypothesis. The results are analyzed in detail and compared with other studies. What the results mean, why the results were obtained. The limitations of the study are outlined. Tables, charts, graphs, math analysis.
  5. Conclusions. The main results are briefly given, showing that the article has solved a scientific problem and serves to add new knowledge.
  6. Acknowledgements
  7. References.

Requirements for an article layout

  1. Font - Times New Roman, size - 14 pt, spacing - 1.5.  Abbreviations should be explained. Specify the range of any values (…) (13.25...13.50), except for the period of years (dash) (5-6). 
  2. Figures (illustrations, graphs, diagrams, charts) should have continuous numbering, title and link in the text: (Fig. 1), which should be placed in the text after the first mention of the figure. Each drawing must have a caption that explains all of its elements. Each graph, chart or diagram is inserted into the text as an MS Excel object. 
  3. Tables should be sequentially numbered and provided with headings.  It is not allowed to abbreviate words in the table.
  4. For a set of formulas it is necessary to use programs Math Type or Equation. Number only those formulas that are referenced in the text of the article. Simple mathematical expressions (not containing fractions, roots, complex indices, etc.) should be placed in the text. Formulas should be made as a single object, not made up of parts. Formulas and equations are printed on a new line and centered. All designations in the formulas must be explained with the indication of the units of measurement in the SI system.
  5. The list of references should be compiled according to the order of citation; the bibliographic description should comply with the template requirements. All links should have the same format. Links to unpublished works are not allowed. In the article text, references to the source of citation are given in square brackets, at the end of the sentence before the point, and are placed sequentially in the article text as they are mentioned. All authors of the cited articles should be indicated. The titles of the cited journals should be given in full, without abbreviations. It is also necessary, if available, to indicate the DOI of the cited article.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.

  7. All authors consent to the processing of personal data.

  8. All authors consent to the submission of the article to the journal.
