В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы технического сервиса машин и оборудования в молочном животноводстве. Проанализированы сервисные структуры, осуществляющие обслуживание молочных ферм с различным поголовьем коров и форм собственности: от личных подсобных хозяйств до агрохолдингов. Выявлены основные недостатки технического сервиса мелких и средних ферм: многочисленность и разобщенность отдельных поставщиков оборудования; отсутствие входного контроля изделий и материалов, контактирующих с молоком; несоответствие в ряде случаев предлагаемых технико-технологических решений и режимов эксплуатации оборудования требованиям международных стандартов и других нормативных документов; невозможность оказания квалифицированной консультационной, технической, финансово-юридической и экономической поддержки сельхозтоваропроизводителям. Авторами предложена структурно-логистическая модель регионального многофункционального сервисного центра по животноводству, оказывающего комплексные услуги технологического, технического и эксплуатационного характера с функциями консультирования, обучения, выбора наилучших доступных технологий и соответствующих комплектов машин. Многофункциональный сервисный центр позволит объединить разрозненные усилия региональных сервисных структур и дилеров, повысить качество оказываемых товаропроизводителям услуг, поднять уровень производства на малых и средних фермах.
The paper outlines the main problems related to the technical service of machines and equipment used in dairy farming. The authors analyze the companies that provide their services to dairy farms of various sizes and forms of ownership, ranging from personal subsidiary farms to agricultural holdings. The main disadvantages of technical service of small and medium farms are shown, namely: large number and disunity of individual equipment suppliers; lack of incoming control of products and materials being in contact with milk; inconsistency in a number of cases of the proposed technical and technological solutions and equipment operation modes with the international requirements and other regulatory documents; impossibility of providing qualified consulting, technical, financial, legal and economic support to agricultural producers. The authors propose a structural and logistic model of a regional multifunctional service center for the livestock breeding industry, providing comprehensive technological, technical and operational services related to consulting, training, choosing the best available technologies and appropriate sets of machines. The multifunctional service center is expected to unite the disparate efforts of regional service companies and dealers, improve the quality of services provided to commodity producers, and raise the level of production on small and medium-size farms.
